I can’t recommend Binley Woods Dentistry highly enough. I’ve always had a real fear of going to the dentist, but from the moment you walk through the door, you’re made to feel welcome and completely at ease by Eva (such a lovely lady) The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing, and every member of staff is genuinely friendly, caring, and supportive.A special thank you to Amit, who has done an incredible job with my dental treatment. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail have completely transformed my smile and given me my confidence back. I honestly can’t thank him enough for giving me my smile back.I’d also like to mention Catherine, my dental nurse throughout many procedures, who has been amazing throughout my treatments. She’s always there to make sure I’m comfortable, reassured, and relaxed, which has made such a difference in helping me overcome my fear of dentists.Thanks to the whole team at Binley Woods Dentistry, something I once dreaded has become a positive experience. If you’re nervous about visiting the dentist or looking for exceptional care, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They truly go above and beyond for their patients.

I had a really good experience at this dental practice. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I recently had a deep clean done, and the dentist was very thorough while also explaining everything clearly throughout the process. The service was excellent, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My teeth feel much cleaner and healthier afterwards. I’d definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care.

After a weekend of agony and not getting very far with my NHS dentist I asked if they could possibly see me. I could not have had a better response, seeing me the same day as an emergency and did a tooth extraction. They were all so nice to me, I was a bit nervous and of course in pain, but I can honestly say I felt nothing. They really looked after me, re-assuring me constantly and even called me the next day to check I was OK. I am now going to join them, honestly the difference is unbelievable. Yes you pay a little more but definitely worth it. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Binley Woods Dentistry.

I had such a fantastic experience at Binley Woods Dentistry today. After Covid and life getting busy, I put off dentist appointments and knew I had to find somewhere to get back on top of it. Fantastic service, my son hadn't been able to attend a dentist for a few years due to other difficulties. From initial booking to the end of the appointment but we couldn't have asked for more kindness and patience. The dentist (sorry have forgotten the nice chaps name) communicated so well with my son and I and really put him at ease. Now he's over the first appointment he'll be back for regular check ups. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so much

As someone with a huge fear of visiting the dentist since a child I had left it 10 years before giving Binley woods dentist a chance and I’m so glad I did! They made me feel so at ease from the minute I walked in. I had to have a couple of crowns etc and honestly never thought I’d be one to say I don’t hesitate in going back anymore like I used to with previous dentists! I’ve had the whitening done also which I am very happy with. Would recommend to anyone especially those who have a fear like myself.

I took my elderly father here today and he was overwhelmed with the kindness and professionalism he received from all the staff. Over a period of 3 months I visited the Binley Woods dental practice in order to undergo several complex treatments. Although I was a little nervous the Dental surgeon, Jagbir Dhefi assisted by the dental nurse Eva put me at ease throughout my treatments. Both are skilled, professional and friendly.Before each individual process began everything was explained to me beforehand. I was also given plenty of time to ask questions.I would also like to thank both Mia and Kathryn, the receptionists who welcomed me in a friendly way.I have no hesitation in recommending the Binley Woods dental practise. I have visited the practice to get a second opinion on my tooth problems. For my first visit I was greeted by the practice manager and had a good talk about my teeth and my problem. I then has an appointment with one of the dentists and they confirmed what the issue was and explained everything really well. I felt like the practice cares about its patients and I felt I was in good hands.

The check up was carried out thoroughly and with good, professional knowledge. The use of modern technology to examine the teeth is a reassuring feature allowing the patient to be fully aware of any diagnosis. I would only have issues with the cost of what is a fundamental service but, unfortunately, that is the way of things today where the State provided NHS service cannot provide for every member of society according to their need.

Amit and the team are brilliant. I’ve been a member of this practice for a couple of years paying into the monthly plan. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. Excellent dentists, everyone at the practice is very friendly, professional and patient. I am scared of dentists due to bad experiences in the past, but all of the dentists I’ve seen at this practice do their best to put you at ease and are very understanding. After being with this practice a few years now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend these dentists, their patient care & treatment far exceeds any other dentists I have ever been to. The dental hygienist is the only one I’ve ever been to that explains how to properly clean your teeth and is gentle in her work. I thoroughly recommend these dentists - top class in everything.

This is the first dental clinic where I don’t feel afraid to go for an appointment. The entire staff is incredibly kind, professional, and caring. Dr Gurpreet made me feel safe and comfortable – just like at home. The whole team focuses on good communication with patients and creates a friendly atmosphere. I have recently completed a course of Invisalign, whitening & finally composite bonding. Previously my teeth were uneven & discoloured, with unsightly gaps. The improvement is absolutely amazing & I have been delighted with the service from Binley Woods Dental.The practice is friendly, efficient and professional. 100% recommend Binley Woods Dentistry. I was very nervous about having the anaesthetic after previous experiences elsewhere but I did not feel a thing throughout the procedure. Everything was so calm and gentle. Jag and Evie were great. The anaesthetic is warmed so you don’t feel it. The staff are so kind and welcoming too - a great experience.

I have been a client at Binley Woods Dentistry for several years after being abandoned by the NHS and it was the best decision I ever made.From the moment of arriving where you are greeted in a calm and professional manner by reception you receive a high standard of customer service in a clean and friendly environment where you are put at ease.My dentist Amit and hygienist Sarah listen to my ramblings and answer all my questions showing an excellent depth of knowledge and at no time do I feel rushed.Treatments are thorough and professional and you are guided through every step of the way explaining what is happening.The pricing structure is clear and reasonable, and your options for future treatments clearly explained with no up-selling leaving you to make your own decision in your own time.Thoroughly deserve five stars for a five star service from me.

I had my first full check up with Jag (sorry if misspelled) and it was indeed very comprehensive with detailed options and plan. Staff and Eva from reception was very nice, they show to care for the customer. Im planning to continue with treatment within my budget as obviously a tailored experience has it's pros and cons. What a lovely experience!! I’m not the biggest fan of going to the dentist and it’s always been my biggest fear. Today I met Jag and Evie and very quickly I was made to feel at ease and calm. Very thorough check up and Jag spent a long time talking me through options and answered all my questions in a very professional and lovely manner. Evie was happy and attentive and even looked after my mum who had driven me there asking her if she would like a drink.I can’t recommend them enough and even told me some things didn’t need to be done which another dentist had quoted me a very high amount forThanks guys, a huge weight lifted 🤩

BWD is in my opinion one of the finest treatment centres, very knowledgeable dental surgeons and hygienists..... offering accurate and impartial advice, first class care and treatment. As someone who is terrified of the dentist due to horrible previous experiences I was very nervous for my first visit, needless to say it’s been over a year since the first visit and my fear has massively reduced. I’ve had quite a bit of work done including a root canal which of course just the name alone scared the pants off me but the whole procedure was painless and easy the same as the healing I’ve not had any issues at all. Everyone is so friendly caring and patient! The premises feel very homely and it’s always spotless. Thank you to all of the team for being so fabulous 😊

Fear of dentists over! I have had a horrible experience with dentists at Station Road in Kenilworth and it really put me off to my own detriment. Rude staff and constantly rushed out the door. After a few people recommended Binley Woods I thought I'd try it out and my god, what a difference! They have the Airflow system here which is far less uncomfortable and the staff really put me at ease despite being a nervous patient. I've now got a plan to get back to where my dental routine should be an instantly felt more confident having left. Seriously, if you're on the fence about trying these guys I can not recommend them enough! Thanks for being so patient and for a great job guys. You're a credit to the profession
